Showed up to my appointment, updated a couple of things and was seen quickly. During the actual exam, they were busy with multiple things but still was able to get a through examination. Even had assistance picking out glasses and such. Great experience as always.
The Doctors and staff are very prompt, professional and courteous.The actual exam is very thorough. Dr. Hartig makes sure you understand what and why he is doing the exam and what he is looking for.I would highly recommend Southwest Eyecare.
The people and service are always excellent.I did receive a service that I was not informed it wasn’t covered under my insurance. Not told until paying I hope I’n the future communication can be better sinserly Ronnie Maynard.
