“We have used Stevenson Service Experts for several years now. Robert Roquemore was our technician today and he was excellent. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I told him we had 3 air conditioning units. He was told by the office that he would be working on one, but he completed the annual inspection on all 3 units. He even replaced an ultra violet light which had burnt out. Despite the hot and tight spaces where the in house units were located, he completed the work professionally. He was polite, understanding, and explained his findings.
My only complaints would be with the inconvenience of having to reschedule the air conditioning check up three times. Although the receptionists on the phone are always polite and patient, it was frustrating having to wait for the technician who could not come that day and have to reschedule so many times.“
