I don't know where to begin, it's hard to get good service these days but I got Amazing service on my Home Generator. On short notice I got an appointment and A warranty issue was found. Garrett took care of everything for me and we are up and running again. I will be using Aire-Flo from now on.ThanksMichelle E

I needed the yearly maintenance on my Generac. I called on a Thursday afternoon,Got scheduled for Friday. Friday morning the tech was here and went right to work. I went out to speak with him, he explained what he was doing and even updated my firmwareFor the weekly test cycle. He checked against the records from the 2022 visit Aire-Flo did not originally install my generator, but take care of it as if they did. When time for the yearly check, will definitely schedule with them again! No issues on my end.
