Called Ohio Heating to obtain an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. The service from beginning to end was excellent. I received the estimate on a Wednesday morning and by noon Thursday I had a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater. Everyone was very professional, on time, respected my property, answered questions and explained everything. They identified additional problems and quickly resolved them. We had a great experience with Ohio Heating. Our A/C broke down in the hottest week of the summer. OH came out the next day and took time to do a full diagnosis. Multiple components were broken, so we discussed all good options. We chose a new unit and they were out the next day to install it. Everyone was helpful, professional, and skilled. I trusted that everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they provided exceptional service. We got a good value for our new unit too, which was incredible given the timing. We were sleeping in a cool house within days. Thank you!
