“The Staff here were very friendly/Polite; the wait time was less than 15 mins.; and the gentleman that helped me pick out my frames was amazing, funny & honest about how certain frames looked on my face (he had EXCELLENT TASTE - I LOVE EVERY FRAME HE CHOSE FOR ME (i can’t remember his name at this time, maybe i can come back and edit this later, but he was the bald caucasian, slender-built man) The Dr’s the were also extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I definitely recommend this location and the entire staff.“

“I went to the Warby Parker at Kenwood Towne Centre for an exam and to try on frames I had viewed online. The exam was excellent and went well. High tech equipment made it quick and the person doing the exam was easy to work with. When looking for frames, another employee was very helpful in finding the exact frames and sizes I wanted to try on, including providing several that were not on the shelves. I ended up ordering glasses (2). Every person we dealt with was helpful and made it a positive experience.“

She asked a lot of questions that has to do with your well-being and it is a great experience. “My work changed their insurance provider this year. I've been a Lens Crafters customer. It's all I know. I've been happy with the service but I know there's something better. I passed Eyecare on the Square plenty of times and was curious. Plus it's close to home which makes it convenient. I called and asked if they were accepting patients and my insurance. Thankfully they did. I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I made an appointment in the afternoon on a Friday. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My optometrist was Dr. Jonathan Burt. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. At the end my eyes were healthy but needed an upgrade in my prescription. I opted for the progressive lenses. My insurance was able to cover most but at the end I was very satisfied with my service. It took 7 business days to receive my glasses. I have them now and I am slowly adjusting to the changes. So far so good. But I have 30 days and if it doesn't work, I can bring them back in for any changes I need. I'm glad I found this place and proud to support small businesses. I highly recommend Eyecare on the square. They definitely cater to your needs and make sure you are a happy customer.“

Meeting Dr. Allen, O.D. was another great experience! I normally do not test well and end up with a pair of glasses that either I will not wear, or can not function because of the Rx not being what I need. Dr. Allen, O.D. gave me an extensive exam and answered all my questions.When I received my glasses (they came in before I expected them to arrive ) not only looked sharp, but I could finally read! With Tammy's help, I decided I wanted the sunglass clip and the computer clip since I work with computers most of the day.My experience with Schroer Eye Center was better than I could imagine. The customer service was over the top and would recommend Schroer's to anyone who is looking for a great pair of glasses.“

“I see Dr. Julie Evans at the Blueash office. She is absolutely the best, no questions about it.

I have struggled for years with migraine headaches and a weird heartbeat sound in my left ear. My regular doctors chalked it up to a migraine disorder and dismissed the heartbeat sound. They just prescribed medications which I hate taking.

When I saw Dr. Evans for the first time, she suggested testing for a disorder she suspected. After completing that testing, she was correct in her diagnosis. I have a rare disorder of the brain called Intercranial Hypertension or IIH. This can cause the optic nerve to swell and cause blindness in some cases, due to increased CSF pressure on the brain. She allowed me to finally have an answer to my severe migraines and why I hear the turbulent blood flow in my left ear. She got down to the root of the cause. I will forever be grateful for her truly listening to me and not just writing me off. She is so very thorough and I can't recommend her enough!“
