“I was looking for replacement windows and was recommended to Windows Plus. They came highly recommended for a few reasons:1-The #1 window on the market.2-Value proposition...no pressure sales, reasonably priced, high quality craftsman installing windows/roofing/gutters (for my work performed) and a very small Quality department that always has time for you.And those reasons, Absolutely my experience as well.My salesman was Nathan Morris and my Project Manager was Brandon Ryan. They were always communicating throughout the entire process and all three work crews were fast & clean. The jobsite was hectic when work was being performed but the cleanup was better than I expected...I found minimal items after their departure that were stuck somewhere that wasn't obvious.All in all, I had a small roof repair that removed two skylights, replaced 29 windows with 27 & a sliding glass door and got my whole home refitted with proper gutters and downspouts.My brother recently had 11 windows replaced by a competitor and paid the same price I paid for 27 windows and a sliding glass (triple paned) door in Indianapolis.If I ever need anything else home repair related, I will be calling Windows Plus and their OUTSTANDING!!!! “When we ordered the windows we were told the production lead-time would be about 4 months. It turned out to be almost exactly the 4 months quoted. The crew that came to do the install were quick and efficient. My wife has a blood disorder that requires fairly strict masking when people are indoors. The install crew fully respected that. The match between the fiberglass and our wood window sills is excellent. At the end of their work they left the work areas spotless. We'll use them for "phase 2" of our remodeling later this year.“

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“
