“What a positive difference our ProVia front door has made to our house. And its only been in for about a day!The only frustration we had was the time from ordering (late October of '23) to installation (early February '24).Paul (sales) was very helpful, understanding, and not anything close to pressuring (think used car salesman). He listened to what we were looking for and had some good input that helped us make our decision. Plus, we caught an 'up to 15% off' sale.Chuck came out to measure and did a great job. He was very meticulous and took his time to ensure he captured every aspect of our existing door and frame.On the day of install, Richard, Tom and Nevin worked like a well-practiced orchestra. Each knew not only what they were to do but also what each other was responsible for. I was very impressed by the multiple sweepings they did to keep our entrance as clean and safe as possible while they worked. Same for our front porch. Very much appreciated!My wife and I are extremely happy with the look of the door, the people we met, and the overall process with AE Door & Window and will certainly call upon them if another door or related project comes up in the future!!“
“Excellent experience and install - I'm blown away!!! They installed around 1K square feet of carpet in our home in one day, with exceptional quality. The carpet is stretched nice and tight (no bubbles) and the seams are non-existent. I couldn't find a seam if my life depended on it! It all looks like one piece of carpet - throughout the rooms, closets, and hallway. They vacuumed and cleaned everything up after the install and I couldn't be happier. I have had a poor install experience with a different company, which made me appreciate what an amazing job they did. We got a 60oz carpet and thick pad through Home Depot. Thank you!!“
