James, Dennis and Jeff are very much professional window and door installers. They were on time, worked until the job was done to our satisfaction and did a fantastic job. A few minor scuffs and dings in the bay window’s sill occurred and Universal windows direct took our concerns seriously and sent out a representative to fix them. The transformation of our new bay window and front entrance door to our home is amazing! Universal Direct windows and doors is a company we will do business with again when needed.

We love our new windows!! We have extra large windows in our kitchen. They did a combination of 3 windows to replace them and it looks amazing! Everyone from sales to installation were so helpful and did an amazing job. A big thank you to everyone!!

Kind, professional and thorough. We are so grateful for our new windows and the installation technicians were fantastic. They explained so much to us They were on time and tidy. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows! Five star rating is not enough!
