From contacting Tim Allen to his prompt responsiveness to getting me a quote to working with my insurance to the incredible job replacing my roof and leaving my property in an immaculate condition was as good an experience with a contractor as I have ever had. They have my highest recommendation. On a scale of 1-100, I score Kaiser a 99 (I never give anyone a perfect score).

Kaiser Roof easily handled a very complicated roof on our nearly hundred year old home. Tim and his team were very easy to work with, making sure all of our questions and requests were addressed before, during, and after the job was completed. They found ways to add modern features like skylights without impacting any of historic look visible to the eye, and prepared the roof for other future updates we plan to make to the home. Highly recommended.

Kirt was great to work with! He helped navigate our insurance claim, and was awesome with communication. The crew at Kaiser was super speedy with the removal and installation of our roof. They also did a great job cleaning up after. We would definitely recommend!
