“Tom and his team - Jacob, Davey, and Eric were amazing! We just happened upon Tom's name when we were search for installers of James Hardie Siding. Tom came out immediately and gave us a competitive quote to reside our entire home, match fascia with our gutters, create new cedar pillars for our front porch and line the ceiling of the porch with pine. The team always came on time and worked super hard! They cleaned up everyday so the house was never left unkempt. Jacob had an eye for detail and loved adding little detail work to the house. “Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“

“I noticed a couple of rains ago that I was getting rain in one of my windows. This prompted me to take inventory of all the windows in my house and their condition. I was horrified to discover some had black mold. As a momma bear and homeowner I knew I couldn’t ignore this and I started looking into companies to replace my windows. The first company that came out, I just wasn’t convinced they were the best choice. After conducting more research I called Windows Direct. They followed up quickly and were very professional. I had a lovely sales visit with Franky, a veteran and grandpa who has worked for them for decades. I felt at ease with Franky, he explained everything to me and made this process very easy. I appreciated his patience too as I had to step away a couple of times with my fussy little one. As someone with an extensive financial background military and civilian, I was pleasantly surprised at the multiple financing options available. Franky even offered to preapprove me without a credit hit before making a decision. Overall I was very impressed and grateful for my first interaction with Windows Direct. I signed today and look forward to the install. I’ll write another review once that happens. The pricing also was much better than the competitor I worked with. I’m sure Franky doesn’t read the reviews, but I hope someone will share this with him and acknowledge what great work he does for your company! Part of sales is the actual product, but arguably just as important is the customer service. In this case Franky hit a home run and I cannot express how much I appreciate him❣️“
