“I'm actually a little surprised I haven't already reviewed CMS, as they have really shined multiple times for us in unrelated events over the last two years. This morning, we woke up to water flowing out of a pipe connector that had come undone. It had probably been pouring a ridiculous amount for hours. All four of us living here lost all the ridges on our brains in our panic and could not figure out how to make it stop. Fortunately, I was able to call CMS, express that we had an emergency, and they got someone to us in literally less than 10 minutes.

The plumber that came was fantastic. She stayed calm and very quickly stopped the bleeding. A few hours later, during the cleanup, we realized we had forgotten to ask something. We called back, and they were able to put us back in touch with the plumber within a couple of minutes. She walked us through our last concern, and I can't stress enough that in this interaction, and in every single other one we've had with anyone tied to this company, everyone has been so completely patient and kind with us.
