“In early January I knew my mother’s last days were upon her . I called and spoke to Michael . He was very helpful in suggesting I get her on hospice as soon as possible. That was absolutely the right move , since she only lived two days after she was signed up .Having lived in Freeport since 1949, 74 years , my entire family , grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters, and my Father, had all been buried from Hungerford and Clark , and Our Holy Redeemer. We had always been supported by wonderful staff .When it was time to make arrangements for my Mother , Michael handled everything with great kindness that we had always been used to . “Thomas Dalton Funeral Homes is a wonderful place in a time of need. I have been to multiple viewings here and there staff is thoughtful-caring and extremely professional. I have been to Floral Park, Williston Park, New Hyde Park and Levittown and all the locations operate this way.You must be able to work with many different types of people in the families stressful times and the staff here does this perfectly. I have only heard wonderful things about the staff during a families difficult times.The homes are always very clean and well kept. They usually have a coffee machine (Kurig) if you want some tea or coffee. The staff here is always attentive to the needs of the visitors.Honestly, I can't say that I am looking forward to going back.
