Enough words could not be mentioned about the satisfaction that we feel towards Greaves - Hawkins Memorial Funeral Services. More specifically, we solidly appreciate the patience, kind words expressed, caring approach and professionalism shown to our family during such a very emotional time in our lives regarding the loss of our loved ones. Kudos, also to the entire staff affiliated with Greaves- Hawkins who assisted our family in getting through our various funeral service needs for different relatives. We are grateful! Thank You!! It took me a very long time to be able to formulate the appropriate way to a knowledge Miss. Thelma and the rest of the staff. My mom passed away unexpectedly, and from the moment the staff picked her up until the moment she was interned at the mausoleum…they were nothing shy of incredible. It takes a special staff of people to take some of the worst days in a persons life and add beauty and light to them. Even now, a year later…I get beautiful cards in the mail around times and seasons that are difficult for me and in those cards are beautiful words and resources to grief specialists. Greaves Funeral Services are black owned and operated business. The staff is friendly , professional, and most importantly compassionate , durning this difficult time in our lives. Ms. Thelma and her whole staff and family walk/ explain every detail of the transporting process to us, made us feel comfortable , knowing our loved one , is in a safe place , and will be treated with dignity. I highly recommend this business for all funeral services.. Thanks again for all you do , for all the local people in our community.
