Don Caratozzolo, has been the best funeral director during my mother’s funeral arrangements this February 2022 . From the initial call, to the planning, coordinating, & actual wake & funeral day, Don has provided us with outstanding courtesy, understanding, guidance, & flexibility in order to make best decisions for our beloved mother during an extremely difficult time. He had our best interests & made us feel in control throughout the process. He made the whole process goes so smoothly eventhough we requested for last minute changes or requests.
