My father passed away suddenly, and my sister, mother, and I were thrown into the Chinese funeral process swiftly and completely unknowledgeable of traditional customs. However Mary supported us from the very first late evening call all the way to the post-cremation process so intimately, we felt it was almost too good to be true. There wasn't a question she didn't have an answer to, not a request that wasn't met, and everyone at the funeral home seemed to go out of their way to make sure we received everything we needed.Through the whole process, we felt like we were the only family they were serving which we know wasn't the case. My loved one passed away suddenly and my family and I live in a different state so we wanted to make sure that a clean and loving funeral home was going to be responsible for their final wishes. Thankfully we chose Elmont Funeral Home. Everyone we encountered at the funeral home put our minds at ease that our loved one was going to be treated respectfully and with dignity. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They truly made the process as easy as can be throughout this difficult time.

The fee is transparent, understands the demands and expectations of the guests, and respects the deceased.
