“I've been working out with Jeremy for about four months now. I've worked with two other personal trainers over the past several years, and I can say in complete sincerity, Jeremy offers the best fit for me. I really enjoy my workouts and how hard he pushes me to achieve my fitness goals. I've had the opportunity to be introduced to some of his other training clients either as they're leaving at the start of my session or coming in as I'm heading out the door. Everyone is extremely friendly, and I am truly amazed by the diverse clientele. He's got clients in their 80s coming to the gym to work out with him! I've seen men and women of all ages and fitness levels walking through those doors. 3 To Be Fit offers classes, but I can only speak to the one-on-one training. I'm not a "class" girl. (Classy? Mostly. Classes? Not my thing.) If you just realized your doctor was saying, "exercise" and not "extra fries," I absolutely suggest you come see Jeremy for some personal training. If you think you can't work out because you've got a bad back/neck/wrist/leg, think again. I'm in need of another go-round of my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery because my wrists are wrecked. I've had a spinal fusion on my L5/S1. I have compartment syndrome, which makes my legs get super-cramped at the most inconvenient times. Still, Jeremy finds exercises to work around these things. Some days I can do the sets he has planned for me, and other days I need him to adjust because my wrists can't take the weight. He was also sure to tell me from the beginning that if I absolutely hate a certain exercise, we will find something else to work that same muscle group. In other words, if you hate jumping rope, he'll let you skip it. If you're not into weights, but love books, I'll bet he'll let you lift dictionaries to add some definition to those muscles! If you're a military veteran, there are discounts. I'm pretty sure he's got something through Independent Health as well. Myself, I pay the full price because it's worth it. I mean, if it weren't for Jeremy, I wouldn't be where I am today -- putting the BUFF in Buffalo. Okay, I'll stop now.“

“Location, location. Best part of my new membership is that I can use two clubs, depending on where I am in the suburbs on a given day, as needed. I've used the Transit Rd club several times now. However, I joined at the Amherst club right after the New Year. Couldn't pass up the great rate. They make it affordable. No excuses to work out now! I especially like the group classes, at both clubs. Good instructors for cardio and abs, yoga and Zumba. Motivating me to get to the gym and make exercise part of my routine at least three times a week. No waiting around to use the equipment, they have plenty available. What I also like is the mix of members at both locations - young and old, men/women, cross cultural, folks with a variety of athletic abilities/fitness levels. If it was a gym for "model types" or Barbie dolls, as the name LA Fitness seems to give that connotation, I'd not be in LA by a long shot! Maybe they should call it Buffalo fitness??“

“After spraining my ankle twice in a six month period and being very out of shape I joined the gym and signed up for sessions with Jesse. The gym is very nice and Jesse has been Great! He has brought my ankle back where I can really use it again with confidence. Jess is really helping me re build my muscles through out my body to get back a better quality of life. Being able to be active with sports, getting in and out of boats, walking on rocks are only a few of the things I want to do.
