“Dr Rucci has been my eye doctor since i was a kid (i am now 23). He has always taken great care of me and answered all of my questions. He is kind and patient. Their optician, Scott Davies is my favorite to see. He is resourceful and helpful. He always has an answer and a smile. I've never had a bad experience with this Webster office and the staff that work here.“
“My visit began promptly at the time of my appointment. Each of the people with whomI interacted was polite and professional. My exam was comprehensive and I never felt rushed nor as if I was interrupting when asking a question to gain further understanding. Excellent experience and delighted to be a customer for over ten years.“
“Dr Archer is super helpful and explains everything thoroughly. Always a good experience at their office.“

“Dr. Clarke was kind, patient and knowledgeable. This was my daughter's first ever eye appointment and she set my daughter at ease. We had a very positive experience.“
“Dr Steve Park is a top-notch surgeon with an excellent reputation. He is good at what he does, and he cares deeply for his patients.“
“I have been a patient of Dr. Olsen's for many years. When my insurance changed and Rochester Eye Associates was not a participant in my new plan, Linda Wilbur, in the financial department, contacted my insurance carrier and became a participant. This enabled me to stay with the practice and continue benefitting from the excellent medical services I had been receiving from Dr. Olsen. I would highly recommend Rochester Eye Associates to anyone interested in quality care and patient advocacy.“
“One of the arms of my glasses came off and was fixed here in a matter of 30 minutes. In and out with a free case, thanks a bunch!“
“We were visiting Rochester and my son lost one of screws for the nose pieces. Repairs kits did work out so we called Shaw and they fixed my son’s glasses in a few minutes and even adjusted them! If I lived in the area I would go to Shaw. Great people there. Thanks.“
“Made an appointment for my boyfriends eye pain and everyone was very very nice. They were all so kind from when we first came in up until we left. the receptionist even gave us the wrong time for our appointment over the phone and they got us right in ! We seen Dr.Jaime Kenny 10/10 would recommend !“
“Great people and very thorough exam! I recently went for another exam and again it was very thorough. I had ordered new glasses and the woman said they would call when they were ready and I could just stop by to pick them up. Well I stopped by and the only person who could give me my glasses was out to lunch! They asked if I could wait 30 mins or so. I had no time to wait she said your best bet is to come after 2:00 so again I stopped by after 2:30 and she was out to lunch and again she said could you wait 25 minutes! I told the receptionist that this was very inconventient and left. I called that Thurdsay and left a voice mail to make an appt for Friday at 12:00 to pick up my glasses, no one returned my call. I called Monday and the receptionist said just stop in the women should be here, she might not go to lunch until 12:30 it just depends on when the manager goes to lunch! I said I really do not care about any of that, I said can I stop in between 12:00 and 12:15 today yes or no! She said yes I went and was there maybe 5 min The new womaen was very nice and efficent she fitted me with my glasses and I left.Do not drop in, make an appt to get fitted for your glasses! They really need to change this policy.“

“This is the go-to site for contact lenses and all the products I need to maintain these lenses. I have tried different brands of lenses- and these are the ones that are the best quality and most comfortable. Online ordering is fast and easy.“
“Dr Gupta was very friendly, got me in a little early and was very professional. The woman who checked me in initially was also very friendly. However the last woman who cashed me out for glasses was pretty unpleasant. She offered me anti-scratch and glare protection (didn’t mention cost) and also a one year warranty for the glasses. I also asked her about transition glasses and what they cost. When I asked her the cost she said “I can tell you after”. I had her add the anti-scratch and then still without telling me cost she asked which color I wanted the transitions. She left and returned a few minutes later saying I owed 150 after insurance. She never gave me the cost for the transitional lenses despite me asking at the start of the convo and a second time before she brought me the bill. She seemed annoyed by the fact that I was concerned about cost and what insurance would/wouldn’t cover. I’m not sure if they make commission or something but if you are going to offer extra protection/warranties/etc you should at the bare minimum explain to people how they would benefit from these added things. Making people feel bad for asking the price of things is a sure-fire way to make sure if they return they ask for someone else to assist them. Also, loudly gossiping about other customers when people are in earshot is a really bad look. I will return purely for the fact that the other two people were fantastic but to the redheaded lady with the permanent scowl, you are in the wrong field dear. Do something where you don’t have to interact with people if it’s that hard to have very very basic manners.“
“They are so nice and very helpful! The 3 year plan they have is great and a decent selection of eyeglasses ?“
