Made an appointment for my boyfriends eye pain and everyone was very very nice. They were all so kind from when we first came in up until we left. the receptionist even gave us the wrong time for our appointment over the phone and they got us right in ! We seen Dr.Jaime Kenny 10/10 would recommend !

I have been a patient of The Rochester Eye and Laser Center for many years. The quality of the care has been outstanding and seems to improve with every visit.The staff is simply superb. Dr Emily Culliton has cared for me for years and she and her staff provide top-notch services and support in every way.The quality of the facility and the cutting edge technology is truly remarkable. Could not possibly recommend a practice more enthusiastically.

I recently had LASIK done at this center and the experience was great. They really put a lot of care and thought into the patient’s comfort as eye surgery can be very stressful. They offered a Valium before the procedure, a blanket to cover me during and stress balls to hold. They talked me through every step of the procedure and I really appreciated it as I was so nervous! Dr Lindahl, Kristen and the rest of the care team are all so kind and thoughtful.The ONLY thing I would like different is if they could maybe work on their timing during appointments. I ended up sitting for 20-30 minutes past my followup time waiting to be seen and it’s an hour commute for me each...read full review
