I wanted to publicly thank Michelle, the contact lens technician at (Brighton) ROG, for her detailed and thorough work and assistance in helping me to find the perfect contact lenses. She is so careful in evaluating both fit and vision and takes care to make sure everything is right for her patients. Michelle is a true asset to ROG! She is extremely dedicated to her job and is meticulous and precise in her work. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to be in her care. Highly, highly recommend her to other contact lens wearers!

I pulled in at 4:45pm on Friday after experiencing brownish floaters for the last 3 hrs at work. I wanted to make an appt for the following week and they asked me a few questions and examined me right then, keeping some of the Staff late on a Friday. I did not have to worry over the weekend, Dr. Cairns was thorough and professional and put me at ease.

I had been contemplating getting contacts for the last few years and when Covid and the masks happened I knew it was time. I met with Michelle and when I tell you that she gave me a great educational and personable experience, please believe it! Michelle was kind, patient and caring. She gave me confidence and made me feel comfortable with the contacts. She told me to call her if I had any questions and when I did, she was very prompt and attentive. Michelle is the bomb and I have zero regrets. Thanks ROG for employing Michelle and Michelle, thank you for finding ROG! ?
