AC unit stopped working last night. We have only owned the home for 2 years and their name was on the unit. I called them 8am today and tech was here just after lunch. Kim called me along the way to let me know when the tech would be onsite. Jason explained the issue, showed me the new part and the cost and asked if it was ok to proceed. I was a walk in and asked to have a number one trim on the sides. My color was fading pretty bad and needed ALOT of TLC so I asked if I could have a color. They were so nice to let me hang out as they tended to thier scheduled clients while fitting me in-between. Super comfortable atmosphere both the ladies that work there and clients were pleasant to talk to. 120% will be going back and reccomend them to anyone!

LASIK. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The process was so easy from the initial consultation to the actual procedure. I was in and out in less that 90 minutes on the day of the procedure. I was given all of the medicine and drops necessary to make me comfortable. I recommend 100%
My husband came to Glaucoma consultants with an urgent matter. Every member there was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. We felt like they had known us for a long time. Chris, Kristina, and Kate all made us feel welcomed, worked to help us, did their jobs excellently with patience and smiles, and even remembered/greeted us at our second visit. Dr. Pokabla was really, IMHO, a hero for taking my husband's problem seriously, and knowing EXACTLY what was needed: sending us directly to the ER for treatment, which "saved the day". As Dr. Pokabla was telling us about Ladd's situation, this oldie married for 50 years got teary. Dr. Pokable noticed this and took time to take my hand and reassure me....so rare to find this combination of excellence in medicine AND in empathy! Our second visit was with Dr. Lenoci, who was also supportive, informative, and had much patience to answer my nervous questions. We are also impressed with the thoroughness of the practice. They could have just said: "O.K. the procedure worked. Good-bye." Thankfully, that was not the case. My husband has another checkup next week with Dr. Pokabla. At this time with an aging population, seemingly increasing health issues, and often understaffed and definitely overworked medical professionals, we are SO lucky to have found Chris, Kristina, Kate, Dr. Pokabla, Dr. Lenoci at Glaucoma Consultants of the Capital Region! We APPRECIATE all of you very much! Thank you!
I'm new to the area and needed a haircut really really bad! I found Vic's online and made an appointment. After removing about 2 pounds of hair I am happy to say I will be seeing Vic's Town Barbershop again in about a month. GREAT JOB!
Stopped in for a basic pedicure and had a great experience. Always best to call ahead for an appointment! I had no wait time. Clean establishment and clean tools. Nail tech was super detail oriented and even offered advice to keep my nails healthy. Did a number on my ingrowns and calluses!
Can't say enough about this wonderful place. The docs, the office staff -- all caring, responsive, and professional. I especially like how Dr. Lexie thinks "outside the box" when she's had to deal with tough issues a couple of my kitties have presented. Highly recommend.

Vogue Nails has always been my go-to for my nail and pedicure needs! They take their time with you and are always recommended. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years and rarely get my nails or pedicure done anywhere else, unless I’m out of town. Go see them! ;-)
