Small group workouts with her are fun, always different and have gotten me in the best shape I have been in yet. Went in to get my hair colored. Went trying to go from a red/brown/ blonde fall mix to blonde. Alma did an absolutely amazing job! She was able to get me almost exactly where I wanted to be with me color even with all the red in my hair. Everyone was skeptical of it could be accomplished but I was so impressed with the results. 100% recommend
