I like it when someone I do business with is transparent and lives up to whatever is promised. Lorenzo is one of those rare people. AND what was promised was more than other RE agents I have worked with in the past. (Whatever needed to be done to get the house ready, he had the name of at least one company to do the work.) AND he's a nice guy.
