I valued the effort to ensure I was able to view houses within my price range and the encouragement to think out of the box about properties that had a lot of potential. The support during the final walk-through was really appreciated as there were a few items remaining on the property at that time, and communication with the seller's agent resolved all the questions during the walk-through. Overall, this house purchase was much improved compared to my first house purchase, and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home in the capital district.- Rachel C.

Michael is honest and above-board in all aspects of his profession. He is very diplomatic, always polite, and a clear communicator. Michael was also very patient with an elderly homeowner who was having to sell his beloved home of many decades. He doesn't push - ever. Michael makes very good suggestions, and has a tremendous "Rolodex" of contacts for everything from lawyers to a mason. Listing a home in the busy month of December did not deter him one bit. I trust him implicitly as our guide through the selling process.

Michael is knowledgeable but never aloof. Michael is friendly and approachable, but no pushover. But if I had to pick one trait to zero in on, I know that Michael is an ethical person with integrity and values everyone he interacts with.
