Patrick and Julie are exceptional. We had a terrible experience with a real estate agent previously and were nervous that all folks in the industry were money-hungry and judgmental - Patrick and Julie couldn't be further from that. They were patient, kind, and explained every step of the process. They always went the extra mile, from giving us multiple options for how to frame a contract to attending inspections.They helped negotiate with sellers for us to get the best deal possible and supported us when we made tough choices. Their communication is excellent, despite my incessant questions. I can't recommend them highly enough.
