“I love this place, can get an intense workout in even during peak hours. Only thing I’d really appreciate being added is safeties on all the bench/incline presses. With only one power rack existing in the space things get tricky when pushing limits on barbell chest workouts w/o a spotter. I hope you can make it happen Mike.“

“Iron Bodyfit is my Gym! Love the concept and format while I have a gym and pool in my building I’m lazy to find motivation to train for hours. This 25mn exercise with electro stimulation is perfect for me. Quick but very satisfying. Feeling energized for the rest of the day. Alex and James are great coaches who know how to push your limits. “I’ve been going to TFL now 2-3x a week for about 2 months and my experience has been amazing. I do personal training and I mostly work with Ron but have also had a chance to work with Abu and Steve. All 3 trainers have been so great. They approach my time with them very thoughtfully. No matter who I’m working with they’re always educating me, correcting me, pushing me and curating my workouts based on my goals. In this short amount of time I’m seeing improvements both in and out of the gym which has been encouraging. Being a former college athlete who was seeking to find a way to get her confidence & mental/physical competitive edge back, TFL has helped me do that and more.
