Dennis Covell technician was engaged to perform the annual maintenance of our year old furnace.
In doing so he explained how we would benefit from an, “ add-on” which is to keep mold from forming.
His informational, “ pitch” was well presented and received as we bought.
Looking forward to seeing him tomorrow when he will come to perform the installation.

Due to the weather, they came back out Tuesday morning, and got it working again, but then it stopped working again on Wednesday afternoon. “We've had Isaac's out 3 times. We live on the backside of nowhere, so it can be hard to find someone who will come promptly. All 3 times we've been very happy with the work. We have a tankless water heater/boiler combo and they have fixed it for us. We've also had a pipe burst and a spigot rot off the pipe. Gabrielle Patchet is very kind and helpful when you call in a plumbing emergency panic. Eric Rumsey was prompt, courteous, fixed our problem quickly, and didn't mind my husband leaning over his shoulder. We we ill definitely use Isaacs again.“

“This review of A Plus is way overdue. Joe has done work for me on two occasions and with each encounter he has been honest, knowledgeable and fair. In both instances, he was careful and detailed in his assessment of the problem and most importantly - he did not try to sell me updated equipment or try to convince me that my equipment could not be fixed. If you have encountered hvac repair or installers at all, you know that the first thing they mention is updating or replacing furnaces or ac units without exploring all options. Then, many, in my experience, will give you unreasonable repair estimates so that replacement sounds like the best option. Joe took his time and explained each step. He was meticulous in his work - he left the work site exactly how he found it and treated our home like it was his own. Many of the larger operations will charge you an estimate fee if you do not contract them to do the work. A Plus never tries any strongarm tactics or shady business practices.
