“Loved my first and second visit here. Dr. Kipp was pleasantly quirky in a great way. So nice to have an eye exam from someone with a real personality. Bella, the Apprentice Optician was absolutely wonderful. She helped pick my frames and I absolutely love them. Today, she assisted with the fitting. This place is not convenient in terms of where I live, but worth the extra drive time. It will be my go to until I leave Troy, NY.“

“I had my first visit with Dr. Vaughn at the Guilderland office. I can't type exactly what I wrote, but I have had some pretty bad experiences with eye doctors. This doctor and his staff were the very first I have ever left feeling like a human being. They were knowledgeable, kind, efficient, explained everything to me. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Thankyou!!!!“

A call to Family Vision and I had advice on interim measures to take to relieve pain until I got home, and an appointment with their doctor within an hour of my flight landing. Small practice, personal service, THIS is what healthcare should be.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Brown with Saratoga Vision for 3+ years. Her quality of care is phenomenal and the office staff is proactive and extremely professional. Recently, I received a new pair of glasses and was unhappy with the quality of lens-thinning. With no questions asked, the office agreed and had the lab adjust and completely transform the lenses/frame. The office called me multiple times to provide updates on the timing while I waited and promptly informed me when they finally arrived. I have also had some billing discrepancies with medically necessary contact lenses and the staff quickly resolved all my issues. I cannot recommend them enough!“

I was pleasantly surprised with how fast I was taken care of, and everyone was courteous and kind, especially Christie who helped me through my glasses selection and ordering process. She did her best to get me any available benefits and even informed me how to tell the size of a glasses frame, and what size would work best for me. Overall 5/5 experience… never going back to Latham where there are long waits and rude staff.“
