I had my first visit with Dr. Vaughn at the Guilderland office. I can't type exactly what I wrote, but I have had some pretty bad experiences with eye doctors. This doctor and his staff were the very first I have ever left feeling like a human being. They were knowledgeable, kind, efficient, explained everything to me. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Thankyou!!!!

I have a history of eye injuries and poor vision. I have dealt with many ophthalmologists in my lifetime. Dr Vaughn and his team are thorough, professional, timely, and affordable. His office staff always maintains the high level of care and customer service as Dr Vaughn does. Nikki in the front office is the best. I always leave, knowing my eyesight and health are in capable hands. I visit them once a year religiously and will continue to do so. Vaughn should be your choice for anything related to your eyes.
