Just don't. They have now cancelled 2 appointments on me, this time just 40 mins before my appoinment. Made me go back in the waiting room after my most recent visit after starting the first portion, because they realized someone was in front of me. Then rushed me through the exam with the door open for over half of it, so I am seriously questioning the accuracy of my exam and NOTHING was explained to me.
I want to acknowledge Dr. Lu and Matt DeMarco from the Saratoga Springs NY location. Both are professional and care about the correct prescription and fit for your new glasses. Thank you for your great customer service!
