“We worked with Alex for the first time for a intimate elopement that we planned & designed for our clients. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the clients felt informed. He's super responsive and went the extra mile on elopement day to make sure his team captured everything. Really enjoyed working with Alex, and looking forward to more weddings with his team!“

255 Great Arrow Ave # 41, Buffalo“Sarah presented 2 school assemblies focused on National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Stanley G. Falk School. Sarah's presentations were high energy, informative, and her passion for dance, culture, and learning is unmatched in my experience. Sarah curates authentic performances and presentations that provide fully immersive experiences and opportunities to get up and get moving. She challenged students to get out of their comfort zones and they did! I would highly recommend Sarah, she is passionate, a talented dancer, loving, patient, and a strong communicator. We can't wait to partner with Sarah again in the future. Working with her has been a highlight and enhanced the overall educational experience for students.“

“I love this place! It's a great local yoga studio in an adorable building, and they have a great variety of classes to choose from. Perfect whether you're new to yoga, have been doing it awhile, or have any restrictions due to things like surgery. The people are all super nice too, and they have a cute little shop to check out. Highly recommend!“

4575 Main St # 2, Buffalo“There's nothing like the vibe here. Nothing compares to this workout. Mind body soul is more than a T-shirt. Candice will push you further than you thought you could go! I've never regretted a moment in this studio!“
“Sharon's, (Ms. Chuns' and Matalynns') class was 90 minutes of very valuable and direct instruction and understanding of yoga. As a beginner, I found the best way to enjoy the class was to listen first and then observe how others reacted to the instruction through the mirrors. I encourage anyone who can stand heat (100+° f) and sweat (a change of clothes is recommended). Come on in, and check it out for yourself, and don't forget to bring water!!! Namasta“
“Fabulous. Had gotten away from yoga with covid, started back this January. I am an old guy, 67 but pretty fit. Love the power yoga, gives me the flexibility I need and also great cardio. Extra special during the winter months or when there are storms and I can't exercise outside easily. Had to learn that with my knee I can't do the up and down flow as quickly as the young folks, the instructors are great about reminding us that we all need to follow what our bodies need. I had to chill out and remember that it is not a competition, that is my issue not PYB's. Every instructor gives you something, and over time they change their classes just enough, perhaps concentrating on a particular area for one or two classes, something you may want to incorporate into your practice. I live out of town but am in Buffalo working 2 weeks a month, love this place, it is one of the great things about working here in Buffalo.“

6610 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls“Last monday arrived when it was supposed to open but it didn for another 3 hours. I stupidly thought that it might be different from other clubs that do that. Subsequently learned it wasn the first time. It's a decent value and sfaik the only place in the Falls with a decent sauna and pool, so it's really the only option if you want a full featured gym.“

“I took a Vinyasa Flow yoga class with the instructor Jessica and it was amazing! It was a 60 minute class, for $10, that allowed all levels to participate. The class focused on mindful movement and breathing with an intensity level that was adjusted by the yoga instructor to suit the levels of the yoga participants. The mats were all spaced out 6 feet apart and there was an air purifier running throughout class. The yoga room only holds seven people at a time (the yoga instructor in the front and then two rows of three yoga mats) and has beautiful lights with calming music. I appreciated the small yoga class size because it felt more personal while also being pandemic friendly. Face masks were of course worn throughout class and there was hand sanitizer available if anyone needed. After class I felt very stretched out, relaxed, and proud to share my yoga practice with a small community of others. Would recommend!“
