Sara was amazing! I have been looking to do my eyebrows for a year but never really pushed to get it done because it was overwhelming the amount of sites and people providing this service. Her website is very professional and explains all the services she provides in detail, she also has before and after pictures of other clients, so you get to see her work. Her website is easy to follow. She made me feel comfortable answered all my questions and was super friendly. Her space is relaxing and clean. She explained everything she was doing in detail and through all the process she let me see how my eyebrows were taking shape. Also her appoint reminder app was great. I left her shop feeling great and looking amazing. I had the combo brow done. No regrets going to Sara. Once Again thank you a million Sarah. Will definitely see what other services you provides for the future. I definitely recommend anyone looking to check her out.

My daughter and I had a photo shoot with Andrea and it was amazing! She is excellent at her craft! She did very well coaching my young daughter on how to pose for pics and got her laughing while doing so! Andrea was very outgoing and has a very good personality and aura. I have definitely passed on her information to other friends and family to go to her for pictures. She does a great job and is very willing to work in your budget!! I can't wait to see how our pictures turned out!! I will be a returning customer.....that's a definite!!!

Their website is wonderful as it tells you which stylist specializes with what types of color/styles and I felt Caitlyn's matched what I was looking for. Definitely got even more than what I expected! Ive been loving my hair since I've started coming here and always look forward to my next appointment no matter how far in advanced I book out. Caitlyn is such a sweetheart, with such a welcoming and warm personality and very skilled at her craft! I'll always recommend Top Knot to anyone looking for a salon. I called for service on my 40 year old boiler late afternoon on a Friday they were going to come out as soon as Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t make Monday work and I said Friday’s are best for my schedule they were very accommodating and put me first on their schedule for that next Friday. The day of service they were right on time. They went right to diagnosing my issue and figured it out right away. It was honestly an easy solution that I was careless to have missed. Regardless of my stupidity they did not treat me like an idiot and they took the time to answer questions I had about my system. They were very professional and it was a good value. To "Joseph Petroci", You are not this person. The real one did not write this untrue, false review. This is identity theft which is a crime. I'm assuming someone from the rehab/nursing home where my mother-in-law has temporarily stayed has falsely used my brother-in-laws name to write this untrue review. The reason I am thinking this is because "someone" is mad she is going back to Brookdale where she has been for the past 2 years and loves it there. They are caring and compassionate and they took her in when no one else would! She has never complained about the staff or anything else at Brookdale. But being at this rehab/nursing home has caused her undo stress, anger, and fear. We are grateful she is leaving that horrible rehab/nursing home and returning to Brookdale in Kenmore where a 91 year old woman can live in peace.

Victor and the crew of Pat, Rich and Ryan were great to work with. Victor’s guidance, from the first day of contact, was invaluable. Our total bathroom renovation was down to the studs and getting rid of everything, floor to ceiling. The crew was knowledgeable , professional, neat as a pin and senses of humor as a bonus! Victor came every few days for updates which was a sign of a very dedicated owner/boss. Use Morelli Remodeling, you won’t regret your choice.
I tried to set up a consultation with Katie as I am not one to book an appointment over the phone without meeting the hairstylist I was hoping to see. Being Mother’s Day weekend, I understood that this may be difficult since I was in Chicago also. I responded to her text with my availability saying I would be back in Buffalo on Tuesday hoping to book a consultation. It has now been three weeks and never heard from her. The salon, as well as Katie, was given great reviews. No matter how great the reviews are if the salon cannot get back to you makes you think twice about going there that maybe they did not want you as a client in first place.
We couldn't be happier with the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. Lou and Gib were skilled, friendly and efficient. Our job was completed in two days. Clean-up once the job was done was very thorough. We had many questions before we began the project. Lou answered our concerns almost immediately. He has a good eye and great ideas to make improvements.
Andrew is such a nice guy. He even helped me out during an embarrassing psoriasis outbreak on scalp and prescribed me a great shampoo to treat it! Thanks andrew!

Sher is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have back problems, even after surgery. I had shoulder surgery and Sher is helping me. I had problem with my shoulder’s incision. Sher has the right touch and she took care of the scar tissue and made the incision heal. If you are having problems or just want to feel stress freecall Sher, she’s the best

I had a electrical service installed. I enjoyed having the team in my house. I could totally trust them. I even ran errands while they were here. Jim, Jessie, Hayden, and Chris were very professional. As far as I am concerned they went over and beyond my expectations. When the team had finished they cleaned up every bit of there mess. I'm usually someone who has a little anxiety or is intimidated by walking into salons because I don't do much with my hair and I never wear makeup. The girls here are just amazing. They all make you feel super welcomed and I love their banter back and forth. Nothing but laughs and good music to fill your time. Nikki does my cuts, colors and styles, Emely does my braids and makeup and Deja does my lashes. They offer so many services in their cozy space and I always look forward to being greeted by their little shop dog, Coco. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in your space!

Took my granddaughter for her birthday and we both got a Mani Pedi. We were greeted right away with a smile and a hello. We picked our colors and started with the Pedi. Been open 18 years and been in the USA 19 years from Vietnam. Tina speaks very good english and chatted with us the whole time. Tony told me the price and he did my Pedi. Very clean place and very good prices. Will definitely go back there again. Thanks Tina and Tony for making my granddaughter's birthday present great.

Myself and my newborn always receive great care from Alaina and the team at Riverview! Dr. Alaina helped me through late pregnancy and postpartum with recovery. I have always been active but pregnancy still really took a toll on my body and I feel so good post-birth! Also, when my husband had a herniated disc they got him in that same day, after we had imaging done, with Dr. Jerimiah who specializes in disc herniations. Thank you so much!

I’ve been going to jrs for the last 5 years for having my snow plowed and very recently I started taking my vehicle there for Maintenance. I cannot recommend them enough, they’re genuine and honest.
Plus, they’re pretty fast too!
I’m so glad they’re in walking distance from my place, it makes it easy to not struggle to get my car worked on.
