Our family couldn't be more appreciative of the staff, management and Hospice care provided for our father during his stay at Brookdale Kenmore. Through a very difficult time, all aspects and personnel of the facility we're helpful, caring, very involved, compassionate and comforting.
We moved my mother here four-and-a-half years ago (she recently passed away). There were a few small issues that would come up here or there but we were very happy 95% of the time...especially where it counts. It was clean, staffed with kind and caring people, they communicated well, they navigated COVID without a real 'outbreak' (a few people were infected out in the community and did not spread within the building). Most telling is that many of the staff and residents from 4.5 years ago are still there. Many are close friends with one another. My Aunt has been at Brookdale Kenmore for over a year now and is doing extremely well. The staff and managers are attentive, the food is excellent and served restaurant style. Plenty of activities. Great location!
