I am completely overwhelmed when it comes to setting up computers. Jacob came to my home and set up my “work from home” office. He was very patient and explained how everything worked as he went along. I now have a fabulous set up.
I bought a new computer tower, and Jacob did a great job of transferring my data from my old computer to the new one. He did this at his place of business, then set everything up at my house, making sure that all worked properly. In addition to doing a great job technically, Jacob provided exceptional customer service. He took time to explain things, was responsive to phone calls and emails, and kept me informed when he was on his way to the appointment. A very nice person to work with. I recommend him highly!
Outstanding service from WNY Tech Solutions. Jacob worked wonders on our computer. He replaced a faulty fan, updated the hard drive with an SSD, and thoroughly cleaned the system. Now its running better than ever. Not only he skilled at fixing computers, Jacob is personable, professional and very informative. He gave us helpful advice to keep our computer working at its best.
