I have struggled for years to find a company that will work on my water system at all-let alone do competent work. My Super found Sideris Plumbing for me after a different plumbing company, a company who installed a pressure pump for me only 3 years earlier, refused to service that same pump! I called and Kimona (who I assume is the office manager) promptly returned my call for service and she was professional and pleasant and kind! Kimona arranged for John to come out and fix ALL my water problems. I had a real mess on my hands. By the time everything was fixed, I met 4 different guys. ALL friendly and ALL professional. And my water pressure and hot water has never been better. I really had no idea that I had been living with poor water pressure and poorly working hot water. It was a complicated job and they did amazing work in miserably hot conditions. Kimona did a wonderful job of both communicating when the guys would arrive to work on the water system and the cost of parts and labor. I have never been happier with a company hired to work on my apartment. I would give them 6 stars if I could.“

“I have a large city owned tree in front of my house. I call companies yearly to snake my sewer line to prevent backups into my home. For the past 2-3 years I've had 2 backups per year- this was abnormal. After my last back up I decided to call another company to clear my backup. I was told that its soap grease. I'm not a plumber but if this is the case, there would be flooding all over NYC. I then decided that I wanted someone to look in my sewer line and check for any obstruction. I called other companies and I was quoted $1,500 to have a video of my sewer line done...ridiculous and unaffordable. Then I found Will Do Plumbing and I was given an affordable alternative...photos. I was able to watch the plumber go through my sewer line and view the video as it was being done and take photos . The roots were thick and took up half of the pipe circumference. They were able to pin point the location of the two invasive roots from this city owned tree. I walked with them outside and they showed me the areas that had blockage. I rescheduled another appointment with Will Do Plumbing to have these root branches taken care of and the price was less than the $1,500 I was quoted by other companies to just have a video taken. My experience from my initial appointment call to the office, the plumbers showed up on time both times, they were very respectful of my home and discussed with me everything there were doing.
