I've been a customer for almost 10 years and can't say enough good things about this company. Jay, who has been my savior for 10 years, is always prompt, respectful, neat, and, above all, honest. He explains in detail the problem and scope of work that needs to be done. I've never once felt taken advantage of or overcharged. At the end of every job, I'm confident that the work was done well, and I won't need to call for any issues with the work.

a few years back, Mako repaired my heating they were professional and experienced, repair is successful, no issues these past winter.Just call them for a water heater issue and he quickly came over to diagnose, fixed the issue, on a Friday afternoon before office closed. Also provided a backup plan just in case. I thought I could fix it, sometimes it is better to have a professional plumber to work on it ;-)

Sending a repair person to your elderly parent's home is never easy. Mako was the complete opposite! Jay was amazing! He was professional, courteous, informative, and respectful. Not only did he explain what needed to be done, he made sure we fully understood. He was quiet, clean and efficient. We will provide the customer options and pricing regarding the situation at hand. If customer elects to do the work, the inspection fee is waived. This policy has given us our great reputation and thousands of satisfied customers throughout the years. We strive in resolving any plumbing/heating issues and hope to have lifetime customers.
