It would have been easier for them to install one of the outside units in the front of my house, but I really wanted both units out in the back. Even though it caused them quite a bit more effort, they took the time and a lot of care to make it work. “I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion. He explained every step along the way and made sure to always clean up and respect our home. He's easy to talk to, trustworthy, and simply works as if he's working in his own home. “We woke up with no hot water! It was annoying to say the least. I called my typical plumber and he was not available for a week. That obviously didn’t work for me so I decided it reach out to premier. They sent a team out the same day and found a hairline fracture in my water heater. They gave me a few options and I went with the slightly more expensive AO smith 50 gallon water heater. They had it in stock which was really convenient. I had the new water heater installed within a few hours. I was happy with everything expect the timing. They promised me the job would be done at 6 but they only left at 8:00 pm. Overall I’m very happy and would recommend for all your plumbing and hot water needs.“
“My central AC system broke down and the Premier HVAC team came in for a consultation. They did a great job explaining the short and long-term costs and benefits of all my options and we ended up choosing a system from a different brand that does heating as well and works much better than what I had before. Initially, there was some confusion about timing and how long the project would take but Boris immediately jumped on the phone with me (even though he was on vacation) to get me the answers I needed and was always available to speak with me on a moment's notice. Slava, Oleg, and Renee were the boots on the ground and were so wonderful to work with - they showed up on time, worked hard, and got the job done quickly.
