“I just had to write a review about the installation of my minisplit system by Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. The installers really worked with me. It would have been easier for them to install one of the outside units in the front of my house, but I really wanted both units out in the back. Even though it caused them quite a bit more effort, they took the time and a lot of care to make it work. I got a Mitsubishi system and chose Arnica Heating and Air because they are a local business and listed as a diamond star installer for Mitsubishi. I love the system and have never had such a comfortable, easy to control temperature environment in my home. I couldn't be happier!“

“Alen to the rescue once again! He installed my ACs a couple years ago, and then a replacement earlier again this year. And then MY MOM, who was impressed by my plexiglass installs, needed 3 window units installed in HER apartment said "give me the guy you used" and guess who came through with a fantabulous price yesterday, SAME DAY, mere HOURS after she called him for the appointment, IN THE MIDDLE OF A NYC JULY HEAT WAVE? And he even arrived early for the appointment! You will not find better pricing, service, friendliness, and expertise than these guys, so if you're reading my review and still putting together your list of options, you've already found it; I've done the research for you. My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. It's so much nicer looking than the accordions that come with the AC or dull metal paneling, and makes the area look spacious and of course, a better view. Alen removed her 3 existing units (that had been in those windows, non-functioning, FOR 24 YEARS) and installed her 3 new ones in their place, and like a gentleman he'll even take care of unboxing the new units if you're a lady cause these things are heavy to lift. ;)My mom was so impressed she had to give him a hug at the end of all his hard work lol and we will both continue to recommend him to everybody that we know. He knows what he's doing!“

“Highly recommend Mr. Air NYC.In December 2023 they installed two Mitsubishi mini split systems for both my triplex and garden rental.I’m a Park Slope brownstone owner that needed a more efficient heating and cooling solution with multi zone controls. Met with and received quotes from four hvac companies. Learned a ton.Final step was to visit their showroom and see the equipment in the proposal.The Install team (Ben, Brian,Eddie and Zach) were professional, polite, cleaned as they worked and left me with two great systems for my old home. Ceiling cassettes in both the parlor floor and garden apartment living rooms just blend away. Wall units above bedroom doorways and the kitchen are not readily seen. Very quiet unit operation.We are using the system as both the primary heating as well as cooling. Works so well even on the coldest days.I have and will continue to recommend Mr. Air to my friends and neighbors.“

“I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion. He explained every step along the way and made sure to always clean up and respect our home. He's easy to talk to, trustworthy, and simply works as if he's working in his own home. It was a relief to find someone as skilled as him and someone I could rely on to get the job done. Our new system is incredibly efficient and works great. He even helped troubleshoot a radiator that hasn't worked in years and now it works fine. I recommend Mike without hesitation.“
