My electric boiler went out on me and we had no hot water in the house. I contacted Authorized Heating and they responded the same day and had the problem fixed within the week. Nothing but high praise for this company and they provided nothing but professionalism. I would definitely recommend!

I called with an issue with my tankless water heater.They are very responsive, they called and texted with updates on the work that needed to be done. They are very helpful/knowledgeable in explaining what the issue was and what repairs needed to be done.Thank you very much getting everything done so quickly

Damian is nice! He came yesterday, Friday to finish what Dave left behind on Monday. It’s the annual maintenance. Dave should really have known better what needed to be done. But we forgive him. And we are pleased with Damian who did a great job. He is a pleasant young man with knowledge and experience - way better than Dave, of course. I told him before he left that we want him to come back next winter for the yearly maintenance
