Years ago my dad dug two holes in the basement to access the sewer line, but I didn't realize that he forgot to place a sewer cap. This morning, Tom & Joe arrived early, they went down to the basement, checked both sewer holes, installed a new sewer cap with no issues. Extraordinary. We had a surprise leak under our kitchen sink cabinet on a Saturday. Tiny apt., so any mishap feels tremendous. We asked for plumber recommendations and so many neighborhood people recommended Hlad. We put in a few calls to a few places because we wanted this fixed fast. Hlad called us a few hours later and said they were nearby and that they could come right then! Within a minute (no exaggeration), they saw the problem. The pipe was rotted (and I couldn't tell that it was, but it was). They changed the pipe and were all finished in less than 45 minutes. Incredible. Also, no small thing, the guys were very, very nice. So grateful for today's experience.
