“Excellent customer service! Our water just stopped running after 6pm one Saturday night and I searched on Angie’s List. We have a well and my husband had already tried replacing some pump switch and it didn’t work. Park Plumbjng and Heating called us within 20 minutes, asked a few questions and walked us through a common electrical fix and it worked! They were super informative and they could’ve just scheduled an appointment to come out but instead were very honest and forthcoming about the probable issue. We will definitely use them when we have a repair or issue with our well.“

This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I found it hard to believe a 60 year old house that had been well taken care of for the 50 years they lived in it could have fallen into such a state of disrepair.All-Self Plumbing listened to my story, and the owner- Bahru, promised to give me an honest estimate. “I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.
He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

“BMT is a very professional company in all aspects of plumbing. Always on time and very easy to get in contact with. Great for steam repair and any type of boiler work as well. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get the job done right the first time.“

“I called Latty's to get my building's gas turned back on because there was a leak detected in one of the apartments and, as a precaution, Con Ed had shut off gas to the entire building. Ian came out himself to assess the job, described to me what he'd need to do, and the time frame necessary to get materials and complete the job. Within a day or two I had a quote. Latty's started a few weeks later. The job itself was pretty involved. Plumbers from Latty's came out on multiple occasions to do work, including a mandatory asbestos inspection, remove the original meters, lower the riser to meet new code, install new meter bars, valves and plumbing, check and recheck for leaks, and make tweaks to the system as required by Con Ed. They CC'd me so that I could view the updates from Con Ed as they went back and forth to ensure the work met the new city code. Throughout this, they were professional and competent. Not only the plumbers themselves, but also Latty's office support staff were helpful in completing the process and answering my questions. The end result was that the city, and then Con Ed, came out to inspect and gave the building the greenlight for gas turn on. Latty's gave me dates in advance, and a representative from them was present on each occasion.

Before settling on these guys, I was in the wild for a bit trying to find plumbers who knew what they were doing. Once the job started and I saw their work, I knew the job would get done. It was a relief. I plan to call on them again for any future plumbing/HVAC needs.

“Before making any decision, we had several companies come in to give us an estimate. Although the quotes were all very similar, we decided to go with Doug and Dain from Able Air. We were extremely happy with everything about Abel Air! We had a huge job, needing our water heater, furnace and A/C condenser and coil replaced. They were very accommodating to our requested start date, even completing the job early. I found them to be very professional, courteous and respectful of our home, leaving not so much as a nick or scratch anywhere, also leaving everything clean and taking away all of the old equipment and garbage from the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We couldn't be happier with our decision to use them!“
