Installed a new 6T Carrier heat-pump at the end of November 2023. AMHAC sent a team led by Pat Morano. A fairly large team came in on time and completed the installation within 1.5 days as planned. They were professional and gave me a feeling I was in good hands. We later noticed a problem (or really the carrier computerized controller did). AMHAC sent several technicians over the course of a couple of weeks to try and identify the source of the problem. Santiago in particular did a good job. They ultimately identified a leak in the outdoor condenser. About a week later they replaced the outdoor condenser. The system has been working well ever since. The technicians arrived on time, were polite, protected the work area and replaced a grille quickly and neatly. They finished by returning everything to its original space and condition. It was a good experience.
Diego, my tech, was excellent. Professional, on-time, and clear with what the issue was. The entire staff worked above and beyond to get the part my heater needed and serviced very quickly. Highly recommend.
