Technician Michael came to inspect my boiler because it was making unusual noises. He was on time, polite, and completed the work needed in a timely fashion. Boiler is now running as expected.

Recently contracted with Westmore for oil and oil burner maintenance. Today Mario performed the service. He called to let us know he was on his way and it was within the window they told us. He did a great job. Mario was professional and pleasant to deal with.

Westmore has always been amazing to deal with for great prices, routine maintenance and deliveries ... I didn't fully appreciate how amazing until our system failed heading into a Holiday weekend and we called for HELP! Mario answered the call within minutes -- he tried to troubleshoot on the phone to walk us through a fix and when that didn't work was at the house within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part needed to be ordered which wouldn't show up for 5 days -- instead of leaving it at that, he researched a way for a temporary fix with other Tech's back at the office ( we didn't know he was even doing this -- he sat out in the driveway and came up...read full review
