I went there earlier this week for a problem that I was having with my AO Smith gas water heater and Bob took his time with explaining to me exactly how I had to install my vent system to avoid the backdraft problem I was having!!! Bob had all the parts that I needed in stock!!! Bob's employee Fito is amazing as well as all his other employees. I then took a good friend of mine there and Bob took care of him with his AO Smith gas water heater problem which was still under warranty!!! Bob once again took his time in explaining to us exactly what to do. Moving forward both of us will only deal with Westchester Square Plumbing Supply for ALL our Plumbing needs!!!!!! Bob and Susan are absolutely amazing. I have yet to go in there where they haven't had exactly what I've needed they've even taken time out of there crazy day to help me with my specific needs. I will never go to another supply house again

Went to purchase a thermostat sensor and the gentleman ?️in the back went above and beyond to call the company to make sure that the sensor is comparable with my thermostat.Will purchase again at this location.Wonderful customer service!!!!!!!!!!Sabino
