“I've been attending Zor's classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.“

“I met David a few years ago at another gym, where he was a personal trainer. I decided to try out one of his group classes and was impressed at his expertise in fitness. When David opened up his own gym, I decided to try my first personal training session for a few reasons: 1. I stopped going to the gym where I first met David. 2. I put on weight and was not feeling good about the way I looked or felt and 3. A close friend of mine trained with him and was seeing great results. Each session with David is unique. He provides a different workout each time catered to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to raise the weight I'm working on, and he makes sure my form is correct. A few times while working out I've felt a pain in my knee and my back and David was able to tell what caused the pain and would explain how to alleviate it. Working out with David has made me feel more confident, made me stronger and each session is fun. I would recommend David if you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, cares about your needs, motivates you, and makes working out fun.“

“I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you.
