I had a pleasant experience with Prospect Heights Animal Hospital at every touchpoint: from calling in to schedule an appointment; to the front desk staff; to the tech and vet.The space itself is clean and in a central location. We arrived a bit early for our appointment and were seen immediately. Everyone was kind and clearly provided any information I needed to know prior to / during my pet's visit. The tech + vet were very friendly and gentle with my cat, and happily answered any questions I had. I look forward to having this as my cat's new go-to animal hospital!

The staff is always extremely professional and caring, from the medical staff to the administrative personnel. No matter how grim the situation, they are kind and knowledgeable and provide a supportive space for whatever you need.

I am so thankful for the team at Prospect Heights Animal Hospital. I just had to go through the difficult process of accepting that my little dog, Brooklyn, was ready to go, and Dr. Barry and the team at the clinic truly helped during this difficult time. I felt well taken care of, I was given as much time as I needed, and I could see that Brooklyn was comfortable and in no pain up to his final moment.
