“These vets are the best. We started coming here towards the end of our French bulldog’s life, but they definitely saved him more than once and provided medication and guidance on specialists to improve the quality of his remaining days as well. When he passed away (peacefully at home), we had him cremated with them and they provided us with the cutest little paw print keepsake. I saw our vet (Dr. V) on the streets weeks after his passing and she recognized me right away and hugged me for what seemed like forever while I sobbed over our loss.Dr. V and the entire team at Greenpoint Vets are top notch. I Can’t recommend them more.“

“Hi I got referred from a friend was the best thing ever doctor Cortez got my dog right in did blood work on her she needed her uterus removed so he did the surgery all went well and he followed up with her 4 a week after service is very highly recommended“

“Pure Paws is my favorite vet I've been to since living in Brooklyn. My dog has had a number of medical issues, so we've been to quite a few different vets. I've never had an unpleasant visit, or moment with their staff. They are highly knowledgable, extremely friendly, and treat my dog so kindly.“

“I have a 9 year old beardie that my boyfriend and I found in a park in a shoebox. We've been on the search for a knowledgable and affordable vet that wasn't half way across the world for him since. I was recommended to HEAL by one of the owners in a pet shop we frequent. I was super nervous and anxious before and during my first visit because this is the first time I was bringing a pet to a vet and I had a number of concerns about my beardie. Those feelings eventually went away because the staff at the office were calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and so so patient with me and my beardie. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Every charge was explained to me and recommendations for further exams were made but I was not pressured into having them done. My beardie doesn't particularly like being handled by people he is unfamiliar with (he gets very jittery and will run off to hide). He was fidgety and did try to wiggle away from the tech when I placed him into her arms but he quickly calmed down though he did stare at me as he was carried into the exam room. He was calm when the tech brought him back out and I was told that he was calm during the exam. I was fairly surprised when he actually didn't want to let go of her when she handed him back to me. The staff at HEAL continued to check up on my beardie after the exam to make sure that he was ok. I appreciate the follow up. Given how patient the staff were with me and my beardie, HEAL is definitely my go to for pet health.“

“Ranger had a great visit at Northside yesterday. He is a long time patient. Everyone always makes him feel so special and loved. Dr. Ramos spent time and care evaluating him and we left with a clear plan. All of the staff were super helpful and everyone took time and care to get Ranger in and out of the building without encountering other dogs (his fear)!“

“Great care and wonderful staff! My dog is almost 7 y/o and has only been treated at BHVH since he was a puppy. BHVH has taken care of my dog’s common and not so common issues. My dog once swallowed a tennis ball whole. He also recently broke his toe. No matter the medical adventure with our dog, BHVH always provides fantastic costumer service and thorough medical care. They patiently explain procedures and medication. They also provide helpful recommendations re care. We moved neighborhoods and continue to choose a 40 minute Uber (each way), over bringing our dog to a different vet.“

“They helped me with travel passport, the policy of destination country was though and time sensitive 5 days prior flight . The staff helped me curated and were responsible. Even tho my doctor was off on the date I needed to the flight , they squeezed me in to other doctor to be sure the passport papers are on time .The doctor - I’ve seen Sarah V ., is very knowledgeable, experienced and genuine to pet or me with concerns about his health .The staff is great too ( I’m saying it because I’ve called them a lot when my travel papers were preparing, they were responsive even considering I was probably annoying one day )“
