“I come to get blood drawn here at the health center as its the next building/driveway from my doctors office at the Medical Arts building. Very friendly staff, well usually everyone is friendly and really nice right when you walk in. Liz (lead supervisor) she's extremely rude but why let that affect my review for this clean and nicely put establishment. Love the guys at the lab, Faroz, Peter and Kara! Kara has gone the extra mile to make someone feel really comfortable considering this is a phlebotomy lab it's quiet fast and pain free. They're always cheery and plenty of parking. You must have scripts and have to register every time you go for safety and health reasons, which can be a tad bid redundant but that's the policy. Liz should be removed from the front lobby area as she shouldn't be the first one to greet or be rude because that's her thing and that's not a way to treat anyone coming to the facility for any type of care. The lab is great, all I have is good things to say about the Lab!“

“These professionals are top notch in caring and being compassionate with everyone I've brought to them for care . From being checked in by Melissa who went above and got my requested paperwork right away to Becky being a great tech with a first of smiles and compassion with my anxious people to the speedy check out by Barb ... you all are great and I appreciate you and so does Lexington . Dr Parisi was very good with my guy this morning giving him the OK he has been looking for for the past year . Thank you so very much for all you and your team does .“

“The office itself is poor designed and unfriendly. You speak to the receptionists through glass. There is no chance anyone will remember you from visit to visit, because the front staff seems to change every time I have been there. It's a pain in the butt to call and schedule an appointment. So, why four stars? Dr. Etienne is the best PC doctor I have ever seen. She listens, is attentive, warm, and thoughtful. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard and cared for. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The place itself is 2/3 stars - Dr. Etienne is 5 stars. So I met in the middle at 4 stars. One thing to know about this practice is that they are a teaching facility, so you're often asked if it's okay if a medical resident can be a part of the appointment. I always say yes and have never felt overwhelmed by having the second person there.“

“Currently on session #2 of a tattoo removal for a mistake I have been regretting for 12 years. Alli is absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! I will post pics when it’s complete, but I am very satisfied with how well and how fast it is working! I would highly recommend for anyone with a regrettable tattoo. I was very nervous as I heard it was extremely painful, but it’s not nearly as bad as I expected. Alli moves through it quickly and effortlessly.“
