“I have been a patient here for over 15 years. They have been excellent on every occasion I needed them and for annual visits. I have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly. I have always been able to be seen within 24 hrs of calling, often within an hour or two even if I was sick or had another out of normal medical concern. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr Abess' RNs have been outstanding. Friendly, quick to return calls and handle any of my requests. Dr Abbess' PA's have handled most of my annual exams and other medical needs in the past about 8 years now, (I am 64) and to the point when on a vacation in WA this past Sept., I recieved a call back at 8 pm from PA Christine on a Sunday night in return from a pt portal message I had left with a medical need for Rx. Now, that is outstanding customer service! I have used their acute care at least 3 or 4 times over the 15 yrs during off normal hours as well with excellent service. The acute care center is a great service wuth exceptional after hours times. Dr Abess also treated my 80 yo father. His compassionate care to a geriatric gent was exemplary. He treated Dad respectfully as a mature adult and personalized conversations, remembering my dads woodworking hobby,which made my dad so at ease and respected. I have referred countless friends of mine to this practice without hesitation. Oh and lastly, over the past 15 years I have never, ever had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room!! Can you say that about any medical office you have been to??“

“Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and kind. I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am for Dr. Diane MacDonnell. She is the only doctor that has actually listened and helped me get answers since my 5 year battle of sickness. A bit of back story, I have suffered for years with autoimmune type symptoms. Thinking I was sick with some disorder, I sought out my primary doctor to try to figure out what was happening. Year after year, I got told nothing was wrong but year after year I got worse. I started losing faith in all doctors. I knew something was wrong but all I got was you're fine, nothing on your bloodwork shows anything and how about you try these pills that are not remotely related to your concerns, the side affects could help. Thinking my primary I have seen since I was 17 would care enough to look into my concerns and knowing how I felt about taking medicine I didnt need and just pushing me out the door was extremely upsetting. I told him of various tests I wanted to try because I did research only to hear that it wasn't worth doing even thought I knew otherwise. That was the last straw for me, I decided I was going to take my health in my own hands. Made a few life style changes and started taking different suppliments. In addition, I started looking up holistic/functional doctors that aren't pushing the newest pharmaceutical pills. I located Holistic Care and decided to try it out. I am so GLAD I did. Diane ordered extensive blood work. Found out I indeed had some concerns. She also pointed out that my tests from my primary I had forwarded also showed things were off and when I was told this, I was shocked that I had been lied to. We are working on the steps to take care of what my body needs as well as my mind and spirit. After just 2 visits, I already feel like I'm making progress in the right direction. With my new regimen, hopefully I will be the person I was before I had all the illness issues. In a few months I go back to do a followup on how I am doing after my new regime.
