I got a quote from another company that seemed outrageous and wasn't going to be able to fit us in before the winter for a new AC unit. We contacted Desert Air and had a quote and timeline that was much more reasonable. Payment has been easy and they were respectful when I had issues on my end. They got a whole brand new AC and furnace installed in a day and a half over the weekend which was greatly appreciated. They were respectful of my home and my time while they were here. I really appreciate their time and experience!!“

He explained in great detail what my options were and it was obvious that the equipment needed to be replaced. The quote he provided me was $5000 less than another company with better equipment .The installers Cody and Ricardo were really professional and I enjoyed working with them. I would use Lincoln heating and air again.“

61 Glen Carran Cir, Sparks“Good service on short notice. We have used Gibson Plumbing for over 15 years and have always been happy w their work. We did have an issue involving pricing of an automatic shutoff valve. When we asked how much it would be the estimate was $5,500 - 7,000! We cancelled the order. The tech should have given us a heads up on the high cost rather than waiting for us to ask.“

140 Icon Ct, Sparks“Today Adrian and Neige worked nonstop for nine hours without a break to install our new heating and cooling system. They were incredible. They were on time and kept our house very clean while working. I hope the young man helpful, and taught us how to turn on and off our water heater, gas lines, new thermostat, new carbon oxide monitor, and even showed us how to effectively use our circuit breaker box. They explained everything in detail about our new system and showed us photos and videos of the work they did, and how they protected our house from potential dangers and water flooding. We were so impressed with these guys. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in honest and effective work.“

1842 Hymer Ave, Sparks“When our A/C unit sprung a leak (again) this past summer, we decided it might be time to finally replace it instead of repairing it. After contacting a couple of HVAC companies, we decided to go with DeHart after seeing all the glowing reviews and talking with Michael S., who came out and wrote us an estimate on the spot. They seemed to be the most professional out of the bunch, without being out of line pricing-wise, and we liked that they had an all-in price so that we wouldn't get hit with any surprise costs/fees later on. We went with a single stage heat pump and air handler. Installation went okay - the two technicians were nice guys, but it seemed to take longer than they expected and there wasn't much communication from them in terms of status updates throughout the day. They ended up having to come back again the next working day to finish up. In order to get the old air handler out of the crawlspace, they sawzall'd through a floor joist (without consulting us) which I wasn't stoked about - but long story short, they came back and fixed it up properly and made it right. Something also happened with the condensate pump we had, and they got that replaced as well. A/C worked great throughout the summer, and we just recently turned on the heat as temps start to get chilly. After doing some testing, it seemed like it wasn't quite wired up correctly (we were supposed to have our existing heating system set as backup/alternate heat to the primary heat from the new heat pump). Called DeHart, and they came out and got it fixed within a couple of days. So, all in all - there were some issues here and there, but as a whole - we trust DeHart to make things right. Shout out to a couple of guys there who are exemplary: Randy, Michael M., and Derrick. Thank you!“

They immediately went and got him a replacement and had the new heater up and running within hours, and gave us a discount because he's elderly. I felt thier prices were quite fair and I appreciated the owner and tech working fast to accommodate my dad since it was pretty cold out. Will call again if we ever need anything!“

5303 Louie Ln # 18, Reno“Wiley’s Plumbing replaced our 50-year-old oil-fired furnace with an efficient natural gas heater/air conditioner unit in the crawl space under my house almost two years ago. Jay and his crew did a great job installing it, including cutting up and removing the old furnace from a very small space. And to top it off, later that year when we lost power for 5 days in January (from heavy rain and snowstorms) and had no heat, Jay again showed up late at night so we could at least have heat. He brought a generator, stripped down to his underwear and crawled (swam?) under my house with 10” of standing water in the freezing cold. He plugged the furnace into his generator so we could have heat and got my sump pump running again to get the water out of the crawl space. He really went the extra mile for me and my family and we’ll be forever grateful! We actually called him a few days ago (it’s July in the current heat wave) to thank him for our air conditioner, and how nice it’s been, after not having AC for the last 30 years!“

Since I am caring for my disabled sibling and my time is precious I asked them to ship them to my home. It is a little pricey but good to know they do provide that service. What a blessing!! Great company to work with and the product is the best I have found so far. Filter Connection was recommended by the Cavallero technician who services the unit!!“

1000 Telegraph St # 1, Reno“If you want QUALITY done right, Brown and Read are excellent. You WILL have to pay for what you get. If you want low cost, quick, slap it in, you will not be happy. They are... slow... and methodical... and (relatively) expensive. And worth every penny. They actually engineer what they do. We had them remove/decommission 2x AC units (3 tons each) and 2x gas furnaces (combined rated output 157,000 BTUs) and replace that with ONE 4 ton heat pump (rated max output 48,000 BTUs), as well as tear out and replace our horrible existing ductwork. It was very expensive. Q: HOW did a 4 ton/48k BTU heat pump replace 6 tons of AC and 157k BTUs of gas furnaces? A: By engineering the system well. They bothered to actually calculate what we NEEDED (did a "Manual J" heat load calc), designed the SYSTEM as a system, and installed it VERY WELL. Lengthy. Expensive. And... awesome. Our house was consistently warmer in the Reno winter, cooler in the Reno summer, has a MERV 13 filter to handle smoke from fire season. And, because it was engineered well, the first two months of this summer, which was hotter than last summer, we used 67% and 73% LESS ELECTRICITY than we did last summer before the fix. If you want cheap and fast, not the company for you, but rest assured, you'll continue to have high energy bills and crappy air quality. You do get what you pay for. "Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice."“

4655 Aircenter Cir, Reno“I live in a 4000 sq foot house with 2 floors. Built in 1993. The HVAC System is the original - approx. 30yrs old. I have 2 systems - one for the ground floor and one for the upper floor. The A/C in the attic died. As the systems were so old - I decided to replace them both. I got 5 bids. Fleet was the lowest by several thousands of dollars. I was always told to be suspicious of an outlying low bid. I talked to Fleet about my concerns and they convinced me that they could do a good job at their competitive price. They have just completed the install and I could not be happier with the service, quality and VALUE! I am 80 yrs old and have done business with many contractors over the years - this is the best experience I have had with a contractor regarding a major contract.“

131 Coney Island Dr, Sparks“Absolutely amazing customer service. I called 8 different plumbing services for quotes on a new water heater. This company won me over by their customer service and good prices. Great communication through email and phone. The company actually winded up calling me to ask questions about why I was wanting to replace the heater and to see if there were other options instead of putting in a new one. From the first initial steps with staff communication I was happy with the interactions and were impressed with how they just didn't slap on the most expensive thing they could and call it a day. Then the technician arrived right on time and he absolutely knew his stuff. He went above and beyond for what he needed to do to be able to give me the best options and explaining the pros/cons of each one. This company is not out to nickel and dime you, but are actually for the customer and will give you knowledge of your situation. They are fair, give you all your options, and let you make an educated decision for yourself instead of telling you to go with the most expensive route. I will 1000% be going back to them for other plumbing needs I have.I honestly can't say enough about this company. From start to finish it was a great experience and I felt very important as the customer.“
