Thank you. Terry seemed to work well and efficiently. I did ask and he said he would 1. check on the plumbing portion of my program to service my water heater. Terry said he would give the paperwork to his boss and I should hear something soon. The week is now gone and have heard nothing. I gave him copies of my original contract of lifelong service which I had purchased.That is now being cut short I have heard nothing on ether of these issues. Please folllow up let me know what can be done on these issues. Thank you.h

Matt was great! Super nice and easy to talk to. He got to the problem right away and fixed it in short order. He had the parts on his truck. I would highly recommend Paschall Plumbing any time you have plumbing issues!
